Crowdin CLI still uploads a revision although there is no change to the file

Hello everyone,

Please help me explain why nothing has changed in the file, but the Crowdin CLI still uploads a revision. (v2)

Hi @HiepVo

This may happen if the file’s structure has changed. In such cases, a new revision will be created for the file, even though the strings themselves remain unchanged.
