Can't purchase pro plan. Why not?

Hi, I have reached the free plan limit (60K), however when I goto purchase PRO plan the subscribe button is greyed out. Why is that?

It is only me managing transactions with some occasional professional translation being purchased.

I thought originally it was because CrowdIn auto assigned a manager (which I deleted), but it made no difference. Please help.
