Can you try to Pause the integration and then click on the Resume button and let me know how it goes?

I have the same issue, but when I Pause and Resume, I get the error message, “Can’t create repository webhook.”
Maybe you haven’t accepted the service webhook from Crowdin in the repository admin panel.
If so, please provide me with the project ID in DM or email us at support@crowdin.com so I can check in details via my database.
Alternatively, you might have change something from the integration side, for example connected SAML. In this case, you must grant your OAuth token access to this organization.
It is worth trying from the integration side (i.e. Github) to our application access, then the integration will try to reconnect and you can authorize again.
