Hi team, I am trying to create a project on Crowdin, but I am getting a contact support error. We are based in NZ and trying to create a project from here, not Russia, still getting the same issue?
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
Hello! Crowdin remains fully available for translators and proofreaders, but the platform doesn’t provide any kind of new license (free or paid) to residents of Russia.
If you try creating the new project using the same account you’ve written this topic from, it’s expected, since according to my database, this account’s country is Russia. Perhaps at the moment of account creation, you were located in Russia, or used a Russian IP address, etc.
If you’re no longer a resident or your team has moved from this country, I suggest you create a new account so the updated location is used.
