Cannot access TMs - greyed out "View records" button

Hi, guys! Really need your help with figuring out why one of the project TMs is not accessible to me. I participate in the project as a manager and our project owner has recently created a new TM. I can see it in the TM tab, but the button “View records” is greyed out and not clickable for some reason. How I can access such TM?

Currently, the project owner can enable such TM for you in the Resources tab → Managers.

Ask him/her to click on the three dots next to your username → Edit permissions → TMs → click the checkmark near preferred TM → Save.
