Does anyone know, if I delete the user from project, or block or something like that, but this user will be presented in another project, can this user somehow comeback into original project? Like even if this user blocked, can he enter or so?
No, only if someone unblock this user. A manager, or an owner (you). Or re-invite him, is was not blocked but deleted.
