Assigning users in groups?

Just wondering if possible to assign users into groups or teams. Like managers, translators for Chinese, proofreaders for Chinese and so on. So once new project is created, just to add 'em all with 1 click.

Probably not available for because of technical reasons and platform logic. In enterprise you have 1 stand alone account for each organization you’re the member of, even with same email and name.
