Hello, I am from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, we use the Karakalpak language. where to apply to have our language added to crowdin?

Just googled it, seems not widely used one. Maybe add it as a custom language for now (languages of project - add new - custom)? Should work fine. For future, try submiting a request so it’s be added as a stand alone Feature requests and ideas | Crowdin

You’ll need to ask Moodx Joomla Opencart managers to add this language into their project. If you’re just a translators you can’t add it. There is a need of manager to do so. Or project owner.
Plus your request should be boosted with other people’s votes. I suppose there are hundreds of requests Crowdin receive everyday, and not all of them may be useful for majority of users. If you wish yours to be deployed asap you would need to ask real people who already works with Crowdin to vote for your request (tip with a plus). More pluses - faster work.
