Project suspended for exceeding word limit. incorrect word count?

Hi! I’m experiencing an issue with my project on Crowdin.

I’m on the Free plan, which allows up to 60,000 words. However, my project contains only around 32,000 words, yet Crowdin is counting 116,853 words, which doesn’t make sense and has led to the project being suspended.

I’ve reviewed my active files and nothing justifies such a high word count. Is it possible that deleted or archived files are still being counted? Is there any kind of “trash” or cache I should clear? Or a way to force a recount?

Any help or guidance from someone who has dealt with this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

At this moment you have 43029 hosted words under your account, so it’s under the limit as well.

Perhaps it was a 1 time limit hike due to new files upload or change in the duplicate settings and so on.
