Is it possible to make bulk changes via UI? I found no possibilities to change something in every file. So I Downloaded everything, applied my changes and reuploadeds them, but crowdin didn’t add my changes, they were skipped because the keys already exists.
Do I have to use the website now to manually update 50 Languages?

If you’re trying to replace a specific word or phrase across all translations, there’s a useful option in Crowdin called Find and Replace in Translations. This works well when you’re applying the same change across multiple files.
If you’re trying to change translations, you can update them by downloading the existing files, making your changes locally, and then using the Update option when reuploading the file. Just make sure the structure and keys stay consistent, and select the option to keep existing translations if needed.
However, if you’re trying to apply different changes, unfortunately, there isn’t currently a way to do that in bulk via the UI.
