Currently I see only 100% matches in Editor. In the suggestions notes, down below to translation field. I’d like to see something like from 80 to 95 or so. Don’t think 100% match is good for translators because they will just click on it without checking the overall context and so on.

Well, I guess there’s no possible to set 80-95 in .Com, maybe in Enterprise, can’t be sure, you can check Enterprise KB for that Crowdin Enterprise Overview | Crowdin Documentation
For .Com, in the editor, with wheel button would be a leveler for TM match

Yes, that is true, only in the Enterprise version you can adjust the needed % of the match.
