The account never received invitation

Hello,

I’m trying to receive an invitation from the client, however we never received it.
No invitation found neither on the platform nor via email.

Maybe there’s no room for translators (like free account has not translators). Or you just looking at another platfrom (there are Crowdin Com and Crowdin Enterprise - both requires different account to be used).

Use another email or ask to add you as manager, and then, once you added, to downgrade your account into proofreader.
