I was creating my second project and the system said I can’t use that project name as it already exists. I can see such a project nowhere under my account, can you please assist where to find it?

It means such project name is already taken by someone else (no matter if is a public project or private). Their system just not allows having the projects with the same names (I believe there is some internal reason for that).
So looks like the only option here remains just to choose some other name or slightly change it
