Hi, recently we updated our subscription, our team grew up, so I invited 2 new people into our projects as “managers” but they cant create new projects even though our subscription project limit are ok to go with (it’s about 3 of 4 possible project remains)
What can be the issue?
They can’t do this right now, because the system calculates your subscription. It means, they can manage only projects you assigned them to.
But, there’s a tricky option. In Resources, if you click 3 bullet points near your manager’s name, there should be thins option (in case the manager doesn’t have any projects created on his/her behalf)
Just enable it and that’s it
