Github intergration seems doesn't work

this question might be kinda stupid but i had tried so many times and cant find solution:

after the setup of github intergration using “source and translation files mode”, i could only find the Source file in the Dashboard, and any operation on it seems doesn’t work, the changes won’t be pushed to the Translation file on Github

new users can only upload one media so i compile the images into one:

So, you followed this guide

And then system doesnt bring the sources into Crowdin? Or translations into Github?
