I often have this issue when trying to upload strings for JSON format I’m getting an error:
‘File has invalid extension. Supported extensions are: *.xliff, *.xlf.’
Are you uploading the translations to json?
I had the same issue during translations upload in Comfortable mode with selected all strings there
Just try to select the file and upload the translations one more time
