Is it possible to have an emoji QA check so system doesnt allow user to same translation if the emoji is not right?

If it’s crowdin com then only by installing this app, Emoji Inputter you can add not-default win/mac emoji into Editor. Still, no QA miss match, you will rely on your translators only Crowdin
With enterprise version you can add a QA checker for this, it supports custom checks natively, so you just add a script you need.
So this depends heavily on the platform you’re using.
